City of Tulsa announces that Boulder Avenue bridge construction to

In a move designed to add a convenient connection between downtown and the Brady arts and merchants district, the city of Tulsa announced a nearly $8.3 million construction project to rebuild the Boulder Avenue bridge.

Becco Contractors Inc. won the contract for bridge construction, landscaping, lighting and artwork installation. Work is set to begin in September and be completed by next summer. For each day,5) Canned energy software does this automatically for you, while in spreadsheets, this step can be tedious.Remember, the Baseline Equation represents how your customer used energy in the Base Year. So, with the new inputs of number of days and number of degree days, the Baseline Equation will tell you how much energy the building would have used this year based upon Base Year usage patterns and this year’s conditions (weather and number of days). We call this usage that is determined by the Baseline Equation, Baseline Usage. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.Figure 1.9: kWh/day vs Average Outdoor Temperature (http://www.abraxasenergy.com/alternative-energy-utility-manager-software.html)“Growing numbers of military and aerospace environments are severely constrained in terms of weight, size and power,” said Jamie Farmer, Business Leader, Applied Image Processing at GE Intelligent Platforms. “The ADEPT3000 responds to those requirements – but despite its small size, it is an extraordinarily capable solution with significant processing power, allowing the ADEPT3000 to take more decisions itself.”"The new Boulder bridge will provide a needed link, for both vehicles and pedestrians, between the restaurants, entertainment venues and cultural attractions in the Brady District and Oneok Field, the BOK Center and other portions of the downtown area," Bartlett said."It will be a boost; it will enhance the normal operations of those retailers," he said. "And, it will do a lot toward attracting the next level of restaurant - the regional chains who have been standing on the sidelines."How should the solar energy contractor present this data to customer? Do you think the contractor would be feeling confident about the job, and about getting referrals for future solar projects? Probably not. The customer might simply look at the figures and, since figures don’t lie, conclude they have hired the wrong contractor, and that the solar system doesn’t work very well!6) The statistical calculations behind the R2 value, and a treatment of three other useful indicators, T-Statistic, Mean Bias Error, and CVRMSE are not treated in this chapter. For more information on these statistical concepts, consult any college statistics textbook. (For energy contractors, a combination of R2 values and T-Statistics is usually enough.)"It will allow us to avoid (having a) 24/7 train, give us 22nd- century transportation and add vitality today," Sager said.CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. -- GE Intelligent Platforms today announced the ADEPT3000 miniature rugged automatic video tracker. Designed for the detection, surveillance and tracking of still or moving objects, it is designed as a low cost solution for environments in which size, weight and power (SWaP) are highly constrained. These would typically include unmanned vehicles and man-portable devices, or integration directly into a gimbal. That is more than double! Cooling Degree Days are roughly proportional to relative building cooling requirements. For Detroit then, one can infer that an average building required (and possibly consumed) more than twice the amount of energy for cooling in the summer of 2005 than the summer of 2004. It is likely that in the Upper Midwestern United States there were several solar contractors who faced exactly this problem!Tlo = Daily Low Temperature2) Cooling degree days are defined in detail later in the chapter, however a rough meaning is given here. Cooling Degree Days are a rough measure of how much a period's weather should result in a building’s cooling requirements. A hotter day will result in more Cooling Degree Days, whereas a colder day may have no Cooling Degree Days. Double the amount of Cooling Degree Days should result in roughly double the cooling requirements for a building. Cooling Degree Days are calculated individually for each day. Cooling Degree Days over a month or billing period, are merely a summation of the Cooling Degree Days of the individual days. The same is true for Heating Degree Days. It's been a link that has been missed for a decade, Sager said.Base Year bills ≈ Best Fit Line = Fit Line Equation7) Baseline Equation = Fit Line Equation +/- Baseline Modifications. We cover Baseline Modifications later in this chapter.

"It will allow us to avoid (having a) 24/7 train, give us 22nd- century transportation and add vitality today," Sager said.
