Applebee's


Living the bodybuilding lifestyle doesn't mean you have to be a stick-in-the-mud and not hang with your friends and family at restaurants. This month we take you to Applebee's. If it's your cheat night, then the no-brainer is the baby back ribs and a gold margarita or two. But when you're eating clean, we suggest the Paradise Chicken Salad from the WeightWatchers menu. Normally, we wouldn't suggest you go with a WeightWatchers meal, since they tend to be light on protein and flavor. But this hearty salad delivers a solid 45 grams of quality protein. Just what a growing bodybuilder needs. And it also supplies 35 g of carbs, all from slow-digesting sources, such as pineapple, mandarin oranges, apple chunks and crisp greens. That will keep muscle growth on track, without adding bodyfat.
