OLYMPIC legend Seb Coe will recall his track rivalry with the North East's Steve Cram when he receives an honorary diploma from Sunderland University future month.


The athlete with 12 globe information to his name will get an honorary doctorate for excellent contribution to the universe of athletics and for his leadership in the 2012 London Olympics bid.


Lord Coe will acquire his award from Steve Cram in his position as University Chancellor.
